There is no replacement for superior technical support. Tim has maintained our server, 12+ computers and related programs for over four years, and the only complaint I have is that I still type like a four year old. Tim has gone above and beyond, helping us set up an automated reminder call system, computerized faxes in conjunction without telephone service provider and maintained a close relationship with our EHR technical support. He “test drives” updates in our EHR to trouble shoot before any problems and, sadly for his wife, has even been able to help us significantly after his duty hours should have ended for the day.
